SHIPPING + RETURNS
Unfortunately, Don’t Sass Me Soy does not currently accept returns. Even though it’s difficult to know whether you will or won’t like a scent without smelling it, we are more than available to help you figure it out. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions!
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a claim and get you a replacement candle sent right away.
If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $10.00 and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the candles only. We cannot refund shipping cost on returned packages.
If a return to sender is processed and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement candle, plus an additional $10.00 to cover the cost of shipping, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us.

• How long will it take before my order ships?
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for extra time during the holidays and special sales.
• What happens if my order does not show up?
Sometimes, when you receive notification that your package has been delivered and hasn’t, your package was mistakenly marked as "delivered" by shipping carrier. Your package may arrive three to five business days after the package was marked delivered. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers are still overwhelmed and trying to catch up. If your order is still a no-show five business days after being marked delivered, please email email@example.com and we will get the issue resolved asap.
If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $10.00 and you will be sent an invoice via email to pay before it is resent. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the products only. We cannot refund shipping cost on returned packages.
We cannot offer any refunds on orders with address errors which were not returned to us.
• Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we don't.
• Do your candles look "frosted" around the edges?
That’s ok! Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn’t...(what a fun game of lottery). The only constant is that it’s unavoidable. It’s also proof that I’m not lying about using 100% soy wax- this doesn’t happen when soy is blended with some of the other (gross) synthetic waxes.

The frosting could start at any time, but temperature changes during shipment can also get this party started. Because we cannot control the weather and temperature, we are unable to replace candles that have frosted in transit.
This does nothing to affect how your candle will burn.
• Do these candles actually smell after you light them?
We use the maximum fragrance allowed in soy wax. We find that the 8 oz candle is best in a room not as open (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom), and the 16 oz will throw the scent better in open spaces.
